As a Wellness Concierge at Tonic Spa, you are a key part of the guest experience, blending attentive service with hands-on operational and facilities support. You’ll help create a calm, welcoming environment by engaging with guests, guiding them through wellness services, and ensuring all spa spaces are clean, organized, and ready throughout the day. From hosting spa tours and delivering tea service to supporting wellness therapies and maintaining shared areas, this role is ideal for someone who takes pride in both guest care and behind-the-scenes excellence. You’ll work closely with the spa team to ensure every visit feels seamless, thoughtful, and restorative.

Weekend availability is required for this position.

• Welcome and support guests with warm, personalized service from arrival to departure
• Conduct spa tours, explaining facilities and services in a clear and engaging manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including the pool deck, treatment spaces, and guest amenities
• Perform ongoing facilities upkeep throughout the day to ensure spaces remain organized, stocked, and guest-ready
• Provide attentive tea and beverage service on the all-season patio
• Guide guests through compression therapy and red-light therapy sessions, ensuring comfort and proper use
• Support the turnover of treatment rooms between hot/cold contrast therapy appointments
• Educate guests on available services and offerings, providing informed and thoughtful recommendations
• Respond to guest questions or concerns professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with Spa Receptionists, Attendants, and Practitioners to deliver a smooth and consistent experience
• Participate in training and ongoing development to enhance service and wellness knowledge
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support daily spa operations

• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, maintaining a composed and graceful presence.
• Capacity to move, carry, or lift up to 20 pounds, with ease and attention to maintaining the luxurious environment.
• Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for prolonged periods, adapting gracefully to the physical demands of the role.
• Comfort working in environments with varying temperatures, ensuring guest comfort is always prioritized.

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-end customer service role, preferably within a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in booking or reservation systems preferred. (Jane, Mariana Tek)
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an asset.
• Strong sales acumen, with the ability to discreetly and effectively recommend services and products.
• Deep passion for wellness, health, and fitness, with a genuine commitment to personal well-being and professional excellence.
• Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum commitment of 2-3 shifts per week.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, luxury setting, with impeccable organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Highly independent and self-motivated, with demonstrated leadership qualities and a dedication to delivering an unparalleled guest experience.
