Are you looking for a role where your network and business acumen can make a real difference?

We're growing rapidly and are looking for our future regional leader to drive our business growth. You'll report to the Director of Sales and Business Development as part of a highly collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

You'll serve as both a business developer and an account manager. You'll open new accounts with auto dealers and then turn them into lasting partnerships.

Business Development: Build and execute your prospecting strategy (visits, calls, networking), identify dealers' needs, negotiate and close deals to exceed your goals.

Account Management and Growth: Visit your clients regularly, present new products, monitor your dealers' performance, and handle administrative follow-ups.

Training and Support: Become a strategic partner by training your clients' teams (sales, F&I, administration) on our products and platform.

Administrative Diligence: Plan your travel independently, update your CRM daily, and contribute to competitive intelligence efforts in your territory.

The Profile We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive salesperson who thrives in the field and asks the right questions to understand their client's business model before discussing prices.

Essential:

3 to 5 years of experience in a car dealership or recreational vehicle (RV) dealership.

Solid experience in outside sales and prospecting (account development).

Autonomy and discipline to manage your territory as if it were your own business.

Bilingualism (French/English) to open all doors in the territory.

Valid driver's license and comfort using technology tools (CRM).

Plus:

Experience in F&I or with extended warranty products.

An established network of contacts among dealers in the territory.
