Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term trust relationships with key decision-makers at retail pharmacy accounts
- Increase Pfizer product presence and availability in retail pharmacy channels to support biosimilar dispensing
- Target and prioritize retail pharmacy accounts by volume and growth potential for biosimilar products
- Develop and implement account strategies and business plans for priority retail pharmacy accounts in territory
- Collect and share market insights on retail pharmacy trends, competitor activities, and sales performance with leadership
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or sciences
- Minimum five years pharmaceutical sales experience
- Proven success in customer-facing roles
- Understanding of provincial payer systems and biosimilar adoption
- Strong digital channel capability and technology deployment skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy purchasing, inventory, and dispensing practices
