Securian Canada

Analysez des demandes de règlement bilingues chez Securian Canada, en mode hybride, depuis Toronto environ une fois par mois. Mettez vos compétences en assurance et communication au service des assurés.

Comme Représentant(e) du traitement des réclamations, vous effectuerez l’analyse initiale des demandes pour votre ligne d’affaires. Vous appliquerez les dispositions des certificats et des polices, tout en respectant les KPI et les délais de traitement. Vous collaborerez avec assurés, partenaires, médecins et employeurs.

Responsabilités principales :

Gérer les dossiers et demandes de règlement attribués
Répondre aux questions sur les statuts et formulaires
Vérifier l’admissibilité et ouvrir les dossiers
Communiquer avec les principales parties prenantes
Respecter qualité, confidentialité, sécurité et contrôles

Exigences :

Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français exigée
Études postsecondaires ou expérience équivalente souhaitées
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et délais
Grand souci du détail et service clientèle
Connaissances informatiques et bonne saisie
