Actuarial Consultant, Pricing Lead Role

CGIC is looking for a Senior Actuarial Consultant, Pricing Lead to head the development of a new pricing engine for auto insurance. Your role will require five years of relevant experience and a focus on client experience enhancement through analytics. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will provide valuable insights to influence strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead pricing engine development using Earnix
- Cultivate business partnerships for strategic solutions
- Mentor and provide feedback to indirect reports
- Contribute to the team’s strategic vision
- Encourage a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing
- Minimum five years experience in property and casualty insurance
- Relevant degree in actuarial science or a comparable area
- Expert knowledge of pricing principles and theories
- Ability to tackle complex issues effectively
- Proficient in English, with French as an asset
