FuzeHR seeks an experienced Health & Safety Manager to strategically enhance safety protocols across its Ontario facilities. This non-desk role requires a hands-on leader skilled in manufacturing environments. As the Health & Safety Manager, you will own the safety strategy, ensuring high standards are met across all locations. Your focus will be on collaboration with site leaders and mentoring safety teams for improved day-to-day practices. The position emphasizes compliance with regulations and the continuous evolution of safety programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute comprehensive safety strategies
- Ensure compliance with OHSA, WSIB, and MOL regulations
- Mentor and coach site teams for enhanced safety
- Analyze performance data for improvement initiatives
- Conduct audits to ensure effective HSMS
- At least 5 years of hands-on safety leadership
- Knowledge of Ontario safety laws and regulations
- Experience in multi-site safety management
- Skills in conducting incident investigations
- Educational background in Occupational Health & Safety
