Director of Pharmacy Policy in Vancouver

Shape the future of pharmacy as CPBC's Director of Policy, Standards, and Practice in Vancouver. This full-time role combines leadership with strategic policy development and community collaboration. As the Director, you will oversee a team of analysts and modernize pharmacy bylaws while ensuring the highest standards in practice. The role involves engaging with multiple stakeholders to implement best practices and enhance regulatory efficiency in pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of policy analysts
- Develop and implement pharmacy practice standards
- Conduct regular reviews of CPBC bylaws and policies
- Manage Drug Scheduling and other significant programs
- Liaise with health regulatory partners on legislation
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in policy management
- Experience with regulatory bodies preferred
- Familiarity with Canadian pharmacy legislation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
