- Manage day-to-day dispensary operations efficiently
- Oversee compliance and patient safety standards
- Foster collaboration with healthcare professionals for optimal care
- Mentor pharmacy staff and oversee their development
- Drive operational excellence and financial success of the pharmacy
- Licensed BC pharmacist with 1+ years of management experience
- Completed BC Pharmacy Manager Training program
- Proficient in Third Party billing and WinRx software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal forms
