Senior Director for Healthcare Construction Projects

Take charge at Fraser Health as the Senior Director of Design & Construction, shaping major hospital redevelopment projects to enhance patient experience and care quality. This leadership role involves directing comprehensive strategies for hospital facility development from inception through to completion. You will engage with senior leaders, government entities, and expert teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while upholding the highest standards of clinical outcomes and sustainability practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major hospital development and expansion project planning
- Integrate and orchestrate project construction and transition services
- Approve budget expenditures and implement financial strategies
- Develop and manage risk assessments and mitigation plans
- Oversee stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
- Master’s degree and professional credentials in a relevant field
- At least ten years’ experience in senior management
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate with diverse groups
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects
