Your new role  

As a Healthcare Technologist, you will play a key role in the planning, design, and technical delivery of complex healthcare projects. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working within multidisciplinary teams and is motivated by the technical challenges and regulatory requirements unique to healthcare environments.

You will support projects from early design through construction, collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and healthcare stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, well-coordinated design solutions.

This role can be based in Surrey, Kelowna, or Victoria.

What you'll need to succeed  

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural practice, with demonstrated healthcare project experience
• Strong technical skills with experience producing coordinated construction documentation
• Proficiency in Revit and standard architectural production software
• Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing
• Strong communication and coordination skills when working with consultants and project teams
• A collaborative mindset and interest in contributing to a supportive, knowledge-sharing studio culture
