- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements

- Structure channel partner agreements and enablement
- Advise teams on commercial strategy and compliance
- Enhance contract templates and negotiation playbooks
- JD and bar admission in good standing
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS/technology transactions
- Expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA compliance
- Proven high-volume deal negotiation skills
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows in legal operations
