Customer Experience Leader at Limina

Take the reins at Limina as the Customer Experience Leader, spearheading client management and solutions engineering. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on support direction. - Drive the entire implementation process for clients
- Create and launch a sustainable professional services model
- Manage support operations and escalations effectively
- Oversee QBRs, ensuring healthy client relations
- Explore upsell opportunities to boost account satisfaction
- 6–10 years in a client-facing capacity
- Strong commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving
- Familiarity with AI/ML product ecosystems
- Comfort in prioritizing tasks in a fast pace
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
