Outside Sales Representative (Bilingual – French/English)
Location: Quebec (Remote)
Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 base + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts across Quebec
• Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Partner with Inside Sales to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Prepare quotes for projects of all sizes
• Present products, technologies, and solutions to clients
• Travel regularly to meet with customers
• Provide technical support and product recommendations
• Stay current on market trends and product knowledge
• Support sales forecasting

Qualifications & Experience

• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field (asset)
• Minimum 2+ years of outside sales experience (solar/renewables preferred)
• Strong communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Customer-focused with a strong service mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
