Claims Support Specialist – Bilingual (English/French):On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Claims Support Specialist for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.Claims Support Specialist – Bilingual (English/French) - Job Description:Seeking Bilingual Claims Support Specialists to support a high-profile claims processing initiative. This role involves handling sensitive and confidential claims information. Candidates will work in a structured, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and discretion.Claims Support Specialist – Bilingual (English/French) - Responsibilities:• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, email, fax, phone, and support tickets related to claims• Enter, verify, and maintain claimant data in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases• Respond to bilingual (EN/FR) inbound and outbound calls regarding claim status, eligibility, and documentation• Support claimants who may be experiencing distress, with professionalism and empathy• Maintain accurate, confidential records for audit and compliance purposes• Code claims information and conduct QA reviews for accuracy and compliance• Support mailroom functions: sorting, scanning, tracking, and secure document handlingClaims Support Specialist – Bilingual (English/French) - Mandatory Skills:• 1+ year experience in phone support, customer service, claims administration, or admin support• Bilingualism (English/French) required• Experience with CRM systems, databases, or case management platforms• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive/confidential materialClaims Support Specialist – Bilingual (English/French) – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Indigenous language skills or knowledge of Indigenous cultures/communities• Prior experience with trauma-informed or emotionally sensitive subject matter• Mailroom/records management experience• 50+ WPM typingClaims Support Specialist – Bilingual (English/French) – Assignment Length:This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension up to 12 months.Claims Support Specialist – Bilingual (English/French) - Start Date:ASAPClaims Support Specialist – Bilingual (English/French) - Assignment Location:Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid with 3 days in office.This posting is for an existing vacancy.This employer uses both human and technology-assisted tools to support candidate screening and assessment.
