Notre client, reconnu pour son expertise technologique, cherche un(e) leader pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et développer le potentiel des équipes. En collaboration avec la haute direction, vous aurez un impact direct sur la culture d'entreprise et l'engagement des collaborateurs tout en assurant un environnement de travail dynamique et innovant. Key Responsibilities:
- Assurer la gestion des ressources humaines et des opérations administratives
- Gérer les activités de marketing et le service client
- Superviser les commandes et les livraisons
- Développer le plan stratégique et suivre son exécution
- Participer à des événements socio-économiques pour représenter l’entreprise
- DEC en gestion ou discipline connexe
- Expérience significative en gestion des ressources humaines
- Compétences en négociation et développement commercial
- Capacité à mobiliser et encadrer une équipe
- Excellente maîtrise du français, anglais fonctionnel
