Salesforce Scrum Master In Toronto

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Scrum Master to manage end-to-end Agile delivery. This role requires leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and managing the backlog. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner to ensure user stories are aligned while overseeing sprint readiness and resolution of impediments.
Key Responsibilities Lead all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
Manage Agile delivery for Salesforce programs effectively
Collaborate with Product Owner on backlog prioritization
Proactively resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies
Drive Agile metrics such as velocity and sprint health
Requirements Proven Scrum Master experience in Salesforce environments
Solid knowledge of Salesforce platforms including Sales and Service Cloud
Expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA tools
Solid stakeholder management skills
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) mandatory
