Scrum Master – Toronto, Ontario Duration: 06‑12 months
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives. This includes the development of mobile apps, websites, e‑commerce features, process automation use cases using RPA, and the migration of Qlik dashboards to Power BI for enhanced business intelligence and reporting with AI‑enabled self‑serve features.
Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing digital initiatives.
Proficiency in creating Agile dashboards in Azure Dev Ops/JIRA to improve reporting and visibility.
Robust skills in establishing effective sprint goals, backlog management, and coordination between development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
Proven ability to resolve conflicts, coach teams, and strengthen Agile adoption.
Coaching experience with fellow Scrum Masters in Agile best practices.
10+ years of experience in Agile specialization.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with AI‑enabled self‑serve features.
Knowledge of process automation using RPA.
Experience in migrating Qlik dashboards to Power BI.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the team adheres to Agile processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define sprint goals and manage backlogs.
Remove impediments and facilitate coordination between team members and stakeholders.
Coach and mentor team members and other Scrum Masters in Agile best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
