Accounts Receivable Manager Contract Role

Take charge of the Accounts Receivable process with Prenuvo as a Manager on a 13-month contract. Drive invoicing improvements and collections in a dynamic healthcare organization. Prenuvo is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to streamline cash flow and revamp billing operations during an interim period. You'll be responsible for optimizing AR processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and managing collections while collaborating with various teams. This role is integral to enhancing our financial efficiency and patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and redesign end-to-end AR processes
- Manage the full invoicing cycle and oversee billing accuracy
- Resolve customer payment inquiries and disputes
- Lead billing operations with Stripe and NetSuite
- Support month-end closing and reconciliations
- 4-5 years of AR or credit control experience
- Strong familiarity with NetSuite and Stripe
- Proven leadership in invoicing and collections
- Ability to design effective AR process changes
- Experience in healthcare industry is an asset
