Position Overview
We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support outbound lead generation and AI-driven sales systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists
- Prospect and qualify new customers through outbound calls
- Use AI tools and lead platforms to source and validate contacts
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Refine and improve sales scripts to effectively pitch services
- Organize and manage all communication with leads, ensuring timely and relevant responses
- Collaborate with marketing to align strategies and enhance product visibility
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction, facilities, real estate, or related trades
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Is proactive and comfortable with outbound calls
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
- Effective follow-up skills
Technical Experience
- HubSpot or other CRM platforms
- AI outreach platforms
- Lead generation tools and list building
- MS Office or Google WorkSpace, including Excel / Google Sheets
