Proactively qualify inbound leads, prospect new business, and prepare quotations across our equipment lines. This is an entry-level role with extensive coaching designed to launch your sales career. Why This is a Strong Move for You:
- Coaching and Mentorship: Learn B2B sales through structured training, CRM onboarding, and direct coaching from sales directors.
- Earning Potential: $70,000 - $120,000 OTE (base salary plus uncapped commission).
- A Clear Path Forward: Work in a structured office environment while building the skills to progress into a Territory or Outside Sales Rep.
- Build the Pipeline: Proactively reach out to prospects, qualify inbound inquiries, and identify customer equipment needs.
- Close Deals: Prepare proposals and quotes using CRM tools, negotiate pricing, and close sales for equipment, parts, and service.
- Learn the Industry: Take a deep dive into technical equipment specifications and customer operational challenges.
- Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 (base + commission).
- Time Off: 3 weeks of paid vacation to start.
