Location:  Hybrid, 3 days in office (Montreal Downtown)
Structure : Contract 12 months to start
Pay:  $95.00 - $105.00 p/h inc.

Deliverables

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale enterprise transformation program focused on modernizing the loan lifecycle, improving operational efficiency, customer experience, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and implement governance frameworks, operating models, policies, controls, KPIs, and reporting structures to support sustainable business transformation outcomes.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, schedules, RAID logs, executive reporting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Drive organizational adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, training, benefits realization tracking, and transition of capabilities into ongoing business operations.

Experience Required 

• 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience within banking, financial services, or highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving business process redesign, operating model development, governance, technology modernization, and organizational change.
• Strong experience managing executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and multiple concurrent workstreams within complex delivery environments.
• Expertise in project governance, budget management, schedule management, risk and dependency management, KPI tracking, benefits realization, and executive reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Management, or related discipline; bilingual French and English required, with PMP or equivalent project management certification considered an asset.
