What will your typical day look like?
En tant que Directeur(trice) principal(e), Audit TI, vous dirigerez des missions d’audit et de certification TI auprès d’une clientèle variée (secteurs public et privé). Vous interviendrez principalement sur des audits de contrôles généraux informatiques (CGI/ITGC), et pourrez également contribuer à des mandats d’audit interne TI, de conformité et de certification (incluant, selon les mandats, des travaux liés à des exigences réglementaires telles que 52‑109/SOX) ainsi qu’à des missions de certification de tiers (p. ex. rapports SOC 1/SOC 2).
Vous travaillerez en équipe pour offrir une valeur tangible à la clientèle et aux parties prenantes, et vous contribuerez à renforcer la confiance envers les organisations grâce à une approche rigoureuse, orientée risques et axée sur la qualité.
Responsabilités principales
1) Qualité & gestion des risques
- Diriger les équipes de mission pour livrer des mandats de haute qualité, dans le respect des normes professionnelles, des exigences éthiques et des règles d’indépendance, ainsi que des attentes de qualité et de revue interne de la pratique.
- Veiller à la réalisation des exigences de conformité associées aux missions (dont la complétion des apprentissages requis et l’archivage/fermeture des dossiers dans les délais applicables).
- Assurer la rigueur de la documentation et la robustesse des constats/recommandations, en cohérence avec les méthodologies de la pratique.
2) Gestion de mission & performance (économie, planification, exécution)
- Planifier, budgéter et piloter l’exécution des missions (portée, échéancier, ressources), et revoir les dossiers de travail afin d’assurer la qualité et la conformité.
- Suivre et gérer la performance des missions (levier, dépenses, facturation et recouvrement), et traiter rapidement tout enjeu de hors‑périmètre en collaboration avec l’associé et/ou le client.
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des occasions d’amélioration continue et d’efficience (y compris par l’adoption de modèles de livraison et de pratiques de travail plus efficaces lorsque pertinent).
3) Relation client & valeur
- Mener des entrevues avec les principales parties prenantes, analyser les enjeux et risques TI, et contribuer à l’élaboration de recommandations et de présentations adaptées à des auditoires du niveau opérationnel à exécutifde direction.
- Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et, selon les mandats, coordonner des contributions d’équipes élargies (y compris dans un contexte national/international).
4) Croissance de la pratique & rayonnement
- Contribuer au développement de la pratique en identifiant des opportunités auprès de clients nouveaux ou existants et en participant à la préparation de propositions, en collaboration avec des équipes nationales.
- Documenter les activités de poursuite/opportunités conformément aux pratiques de gestion de la relation client.
- Développer votre marque professionnelle et votre rayonnement sur le marché (p. ex., participation à des événements, contribution à des points de vue/présentations), et partager les apprentissages/livrables au bénéfice de la pratique.
5) Leadership & développement des talents
- Encadrer, coacher et faire progresser les membres de l’équipe (feedback fréquent, développement de compétences, intégration de l’apprentissage au quotidien), tout en favorisant un environnement inclusif et collaboratif.
- Participer aux initiatives talents (p. ex., recrutement, intégration, développement) et contribuer à une expérience employé distinctive.

Expérience et formation
- 7 à 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en audit TI / contrôles internes / certification TI / gestion des risques technologiques.
- Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, technologies de l’information, finances ou domaine connexe.
- Titre professionnel (ou cheminement en cours) : CPA, CISA, CIA (atout).
Compétences techniques (atouts)
- Connaissance d’environnements et plateformes courantes : SAP, Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft, systèmes d’exploitation Windows/Unix, bases de données Oracle/SQL, et environnements infonuagiques.
- Connaissance de cadres de contrôle interne (p. ex., COSO, ITIL, COBIT ou autres).
Compétences clés
- Leadership, gestion de projet, sens client, capacité à livrer sous échéanciers serrés et à travailler efficacement en équipe.
- Excellentes habiletés en communication (écrite et orale) et aptitude à vulgariser des enjeux techniques auprès de parties prenantes non techniques.
Langues
- La connaissance du français est requise; le bilinguisme français/anglais est requis en raison d’interactions avec des clients et équipes nationales et mondiales.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $205,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
