Deliverables
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for UI and API-based applications, ensuring high-quality software releases and system stability.
- Build and enhance automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and while maintaining regression suites and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to test strategy development, effort estimation, test planning, defect management, and quality assurance activities across Agile delivery teams.
- Document testing outcomes, communicate findings and risks, support release validation activities, and leverage AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve testing productivity and efficiency.
Experience Required
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Software Testing within enterprise application environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks including Selenium and/or Playwright, along with automated and manual API/backend testing using or similar technologies.
- Experience creating and maintaining automated regression suites, test plans, test cases, defect tracking, and quality assurance documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Practical experience working within Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, INVEST), including collaboration with Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA teams using Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with strong communication skills in both French and English and experience leveraging GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development/testing tools.
