Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal support for organizational strategies
• Identify and manage legal risks across various sectors
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards
• Oversee external counsel and manage litigation
Requirements:
• Member in good standing with British Columbia Bar
• Minimum of 5 years in-house legal experience
• Strong background in corporate and commercial law

• High cultural competency with regard to Indigenous law
