Institutional Key Account Manager / Gestionnaire - Clients institutionnels, Global Hospital & Biosimilar (Central & Eastern Ontario)

Pfizer seeks an Institutional Key Account Manager for Global Hospital & Biosimilar in Central & Eastern Ontario to drive sales growth and access within hospital accounts through strategic stakeholder engagement, account planning, and formulary positioning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account business plans for assigned territory within GH&B
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders including pharmacists, physicians, and health authority decision-makers
- Coordinate educational programs and leverage Pfizer resources to support key customer segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build integrated business plans supporting GH&B strategy
- Monitor account progress, analyze activities, and implement action plans to optimize sales opportunities
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or science
- Minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing, preferably specialty roles
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency with computer software and digital technologies
- Knowledge of hospital clinical pathways and healthcare systems
