Tandem Diabetes Care seeks a Contract Territory Manager to promote insulin pump products and services within the Ottawa/Kingston region. The role involves identifying customers, establishing business relationships, and driving sales goals through education and engagement with healthcare professionals and patients.
Responsibilities
- Promote Tandem diabetes products and services to achieve or exceed assigned territory sales goals
- Identify prospective customers and establish professional relationships with healthcare providers
- Educate physicians, nurses, educators, and patients on insulin pump therapy and clinical considerations
- Maintain customer relationship management records and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Attend corporate training, sales meetings, conventions, and symposia as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years sales and/or field experience in diabetes or medical devices
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated persuasion and presentation skills with relevant information consolidation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver's license, required auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Ability to travel 80%+ within assigned territory from remote home office
- Capability to travel independently by car or airplane for field work and training
Compensation: C$89,000–C$111,000 base annually; target earning potential C$139,000–C$161,000 annually
