Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed radiation treatments to patients
- Assist in planning care procedures with precision
- Document patient treatment plans thoroughly
- Educate patients on procedures and side effects
- Make referrals to other health professionals when needed
Requirements
- Accredited Radiation Therapy program completion
- Registration with Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationAbility to safely lift and move patients
- Solid communication and patient care skills
