In this hands-on role, you will establish best practices and guidelines for the Financial Workflows suite. You will work closely with partners and stakeholders to advance the ServiceNow platform, ensuring customer efficiency and satisfaction in financial processes. Your architectural guidance will directly shape our technical roadmap while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish standards for Financial Workflows within ServiceNow
- Support design of financial workflow product standards
- Evaluate intake demands against platform capabilities
- Provide guidance for design to deployment acceleration
- Partner with stakeholders to align with McKesson standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in ServiceNow solutions
- Experience with Financial Workflows modules
- Hands-on ServiceNow integration skills
- Technical documentation creation experience
- Relevant certifications in ITIL or ServiceNow
