Lead GhostDraft Technical Migration Specialist
ExcelGens, Inc.
Be a key player in Toronto as a Lead Technical Migration Specialist for GhostDraft in a hybrid work setting. Drive the successful transition from SmartCOMM to GhostDraft over 8 months. In this role, you will craft the migration strategy and oversee the conversion of SmartCOMM templates. Your leadership will guide the integration with Guidewire InsuranceSuite, ensuring quality delivery and effective collaboration with stakeholders. A solid grasp of GhostDraft's composition rules is a must for this role, along with exceptional project management capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and define the migration strategy
- Lead optimization and conversion of GhostDraft templates
- Facilitate integration with Guidewire InsuranceSuite
- Ensure high code quality and governance
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Expertise in GhostDraft document workflows
- Experience in migrating from SmartCOMM
- Strong knowledge of Guidewire Cloud tools
- Proven ability to lead technical teams
- Excellent management of stakeholder relationships
