Senior GhostDraft Cloud Migration Lead

Become a Senior GhostDraft Cloud Migration Lead in Toronto, overseeing a comprehensive initiative transitioning document capabilities to GhostDraft from SmartCOMM in a hybrid environment. Your leadership will be key to success. This role involves significant technical leadership, defining the migration strategy, and ensuring the highest quality standards. You'll manage template migration and integration efforts with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite while facilitating collaboration among various team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Define migration strategies and technical architectures
- Lead the transition from SmartCOMM to GhostDraft
- Design integrations with various Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules
- Oversee code reviews and ensure quality delivery
- Communicate technical management and risks to stakeholders
- Strong hands-on experience with GhostDraft
- Proven background in SmartCOMM migration
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud integrations
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships
