Location: Sarjesa Factory (Hybrid/Remote Friendly) Compensation: $22-$27/hour | Includes benefits & flexible schedule Hours: 10-20 hours per week Contract: 6 months, with a 5-month review to assess ongoing fit

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and organized Content Marketing Lead to help shape and share the stories behind our family of brands— Sarjesa, Buzzd Nutrition, and The Factory . From scheduling posts to shooting behind-the-scenes footage, you'll be at the heart of our storytelling, connecting our customers with the people and purpose behind our products.

This is a contract position with potential to grow, offering flexibility, impact, and the chance to work alongside a passionate team building something meaningful.

What You'll Do:

Planning

• Develop content calendars for Sarjesa, Buzzd, and Factory brands
• Align content strategy with marketing goals and brand identity

Social Media Management

• Write captions that bring our voice to life
• Schedule content across platforms
• Stay ahead of trends and translate them into creative opportunities
• Track and analyze engagement to help us grow smarter

Content Creation

• Design light graphics in Canva
• Shoot and edit short videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Take and edit photos that capture product, process, and people
• Write blogs and create promotional materials for retail

Collaboration

• Partner with photographers, designers, and internal teammates to bring ideas to life
• Work with the sales team to support retail campaigns and promotions
• Collaborate with our production, procurement, and social impact team to share behind-the-scenes stories

What You Bring

• A natural storyteller with experience creating content across platforms
• Strong writing skills and a great eye for visuals
• Comfortable using Canva and basic video/photo editing tools
• Self-starter who can manage a content calendar and meet deadlines
• Bonus if you've worked with mission-driven brands or food/beverage
