Bilingual Internal Wholesaler

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Internal Wholesaler based in Canada. This role supports regional sales growth across individual life and living benefits insurance by partnering closely with external wholesalers and financial advisors. You’ll build and strengthen advisor relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and provide responsive support throughout the sales process. The position combines proactive outreach, case consultation, product education, data analysis, and territory planning. You’ll use tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and business analytics to organize activities and execute focused 60-day business cycles. Accountabilities: - Proactively engage financial advisors to identify, develop, and support insurance sales opportunities within an assigned regional territory. - Partner closely with External Wholesalers to execute territory strategies and drive growth in individual life and living benefits insurance. - Manage daily activities and priorities effectively to meet productivity objectives and respond to advisor needs. - Handle advisor inquiries, including case consultations, product illustrations, and product training. - Use Salesforce, data, and analytics to plan, organize, and execute structured 60-day business cycles. - Identify opportunities within the territory and follow up proactively to help move prospects and cases through the sales process. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with advisors through responsive communication and knowledgeable support. - Collaborate with internal teams to exchange leads, insights, ideas, and sales opportunities. - Contribute to a competitive, customer-focused sales environment through creativity, initiative, and continuous improvement. - Maintain accurate and organized records of activities, opportunities, and advisor interactions. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in insurance, sales, or a closely related field.

- LLQP designation completed or currently in progress. - Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills. - Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to support clients and advisors across provinces outside Québec. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational and relationship-building abilities. - Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of goals and priorities. - Creative and solutions-oriented approach to identifying opportunities and resolving challenges. - Strong sales orientation and motivation to achieve measurable results. - Ability to work effectively in a competitive, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. - Valid driver's license, as occasional travel may be required.
