Here are the main responsibilities: Support the Senior Director in managing daily priorities, including calendar, emails, and business travel; Coordinate meetings, committees, workshops, and team events, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics; Coordinate resource movements and support managers with administrative steps related to employee onboarding, integration, and role changes; Ensure administrative and financial follow-up for the sector, including consultant hours, accruals, and invoice payments; Draft, review, and format various administrative documents with care and professionalism; Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the continuous optimization of ways of working.
