Experienced Liability Claims Adjuster

This role is crucial for leveraging your adjusting skills while enhancing customer experiences. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 7 years in claims adjusting and a proactive approach to customer service. You will utilize your analytical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office to navigate complex claims. In this role, you will perform investigations, manage negotiations, and provide top-notch client interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish initial contact with policyholders effectively
- Investigate claims thoroughly and provide recommendations
- Determine damages utilizing supplied technology
- Negotiate settlements based on established action plans
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout
- High school education; preference for relevant degree
- At least 7 years of adjusting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Valid Level 1 adjuster license in Alberta
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
