- Create transparent documentation for existing systems and workflows
- Analyze impacts across multiple applications and teams
- Support effective delivery by ensuring completeness of work items
- Reverse engineer systems where documentation is inadequate
- Communicate findings transparently with business and technical teams
- Minimum 3 years in systems or business systems analysis
- Hands-on experience with work management platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clarity in written communication for various audiences
- Proficiency in process mapping using relevant tools
