As a Senior Adjuster, you will utilize your 7+ years of claims adjusting experience to foster relationships with policyholders and claimants. This role emphasizes effective communication and analytical skills while ensuring top-notch customer service throughout the claims process. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to after-hours service as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up promptly with policyholders and claimants
- Investigate causes and provide detailed reports to clients
- Utilize technology to assess damages and establish quantum
- Recommend reserves and negotiate settlements for claims
- Maintain high-level customer service during the claims process
- High school completion; preference for a university degree
- Minimum 7 years' experience in claims adjusting
- Level 1 adjuster license in Alberta
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communication and analytical skills
