Join Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. as a Manufacturing Engineer in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and support innovative manufacturing processes. This role is 100% onsite and vital in advancing aerospace engineering. Seeking both Associate and Experienced Manufacturing Engineers, you will report directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Your tasks will include developing manufacturing strategies, assessing product designs, and implementing tooling methodologies. You will also be responsible for ensuring production readiness and drafting essential processes to facilitate compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Draft and maintain Bill of Materials and work instructions
- Conduct variation analyses to assess manufacturing capabilities
- Coach teams on new engineering theories and technologies
- Resolve significant manufacturing-related performance issues
- 2+ years in engineering or manufacturing environment
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Eligible to register as Engineer in Training or Professional Engineer
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must maintain compliance with controlled goods regulations
