- Oversee daily client communications and project scheduling
- Conduct multiple rounds on the shop floor to ensure efficiency
- Monitor progress and enforce deadlines across teams
- Interface with design teams for timely product approvals
- Support purchasing with work order management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated experience in project planning
- High organizational skills and attention to detail
- Required post-secondary qualifications in a related field
