Your responsibilities include defining effective test strategies and supporting a skilled QA team. It’s essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your CI/CD knowledge to ensure quality objectives are met consistently. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish key metrics for quality assurance success
- Work with teams to drive quality objectives collaboratively
- Design and execute test plans across various projects
- Mentor QA/QE engineers in implementing best practices
- Assess risks and devise mitigation strategies
- 10+ years of quality engineering in finance
- Minimum 3 years in a team leadership role
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- Advanced skills in automation and CI/CD tools
- Familiar with current testing frameworks and cloud technologies
