- Mentor teams while promoting autonomy and initiative
- Ensure alignment across workstreams for efficient quality outcomes
- Over 15 years of experience in software or quality engineering
- Solid background in senior technical leadership
- Expertise in design and evolution of QE systems
- Deep understanding of modern testing ecosystems
- Proven track record of driving transformation initiatives
