VCH Quality Leader Clinical Safety Role
Vancouver Coastal Health
Join Vancouver Coastal Health as a Quality Leader, specializing in Clinical Quality and Safety. This role focuses on improving patient experience and safety through effective quality practices. In this influential position, you’ll report to the Director, Quality, Safety and Improvement, providing critical support to healthcare teams across VCH. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive forward quality improvement initiatives and lead transformative change within clinical operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and develop organization-wide quality improvement plans
- Coordinate committees focused on improving quality and safety
- Research healthcare trends to inform project strategies
- Monitor project budgets and resource needs
- Assist leaders with accreditation preparation and compliance
- Master’s Degree in relevant field required
- 3-5 years of hands-on quality improvement experience
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to handle complex projects under pressure
