Key Responsibilities
- Define overall quality strategies and acceptance criteria
- Lead root cause analysis and containment plans
- Establish supplier performance monitoring for inbounds
- Support returns processing and inventory disposition
- Publish quality insights for leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years in hardware quality or reliability engineering
- Experienced in creating test plans and validation methods
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware systems
- Robust analytical skills utilizing operational data
- Fluency in English for effective communication
