Lead clinical initiatives as the Clinical Initiatives Lead at Vancouver Island Health Authority, focusing on enhancing service delivery in primary care and mental health. - Implement comprehensive evaluations on service delivery
- Promote person-focused care and cultural humility
- Master's degree in a relevant clinical field preferred
- Minimum seven years of combined clinical and project leadership experience
