AI-Driven Engineering Manager Role

Shape the future of engineering as an AI-Driven Engineering Manager. Spearhead product feature implementation while providing strategic guidance and mentorship in a traditional on-site setting. In this role, you will oversee the development lifecycle while ensuring alignment with the business roadmap. You'll collaborate with the Product Manager to articulate business requirements and conduct research into new technologies. Hands-on support for technical issues and mentoring of engineers are also key elements. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement product features in alignment with strategy
- Document business analyses and requirements
- Research and validate new engineering frameworks
- Utilize AI tools for efficient engineering solutions
- Mentor engineers and support their development
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or similar
- 5+ years in web app development
- 2+ years in a management capacity
- Backend or frontend proficiency essential
- Strong expertise in SQL and cloud technologies
