City Energy is building its door-to-door solar team, and we’re looking for motivated people who want to grow alongside us.

What you’ll do

Your role is to start conversations with homeowners and book qualified appointments for our solar consultants. Our closing team handles the detailed proposals and sales process.

• Knock doors in Calgary neighbourhoods and introduce homeowners to City Energy.
• Explain the purpose of a solar consultation and answer basic questions accurately.
• Identify interested homeowners and schedule appointments.
• Record accurate contact information, appointment details, and relevant notes.
• Stay connected with the team to help appointments run smoothly.
• Represent City Energy professionally and respect homeowners’ time and decisions.

Compensation and arrangement

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with no hourly wage or base salary. Earnings depend on results and the applicable commission terms. We will explain the compensation structure, qualification requirements, and payment timing before you commit.

This is an in-person door-to-door role in Calgary.
