Compensation Manager in Toronto

Elevate your career as a Compensation Manager in Toronto with a top real estate developer. This role focuses on building and managing competitive compensation programs while being in-office four days a week. As a Compensation Manager, you will lead the development and execution of compensation strategies aligned with business goals. This includes overseeing cash compensation programs, job evaluation frameworks, and market benchmarking to ensure equity and competitiveness. Collaborating with HR teams and senior management, you'll provide analytical support to inform compensation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage organization’s compensation strategy including base and variable pay
- Execute annual compensation review processes for accuracy
- Conduct market research to maintain competitive pay structures
- Lead job evaluations using Mercer IPE methodology
- Ensure compliance with provincial compensation regulations
- 7+ years in compensation and payroll, with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
- Advanced skills in MS Office Excel and HRIS
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Proven project management skills with high attention to detail
