Cybersecurity SDR Team Lead Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead outreach and prospecting for target segments
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting plans
- Qualify leads, ensuring a clean pipeline in HubSpot
- Establish SDR success metrics and track performance
- Mentor and lead a small team of SDRs to scale efforts
- 3-5+ years in SDR or BDR within SaaS
- Leadership experience preferred, with a record of success
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and comfortable in ambiguous roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
