Lab and Retail Team Lead

Oversee lab and retail operations as a Lab and Retail Team Lead. Deliver standout customer service while ensuring operational excellence in optical processes. Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED ideally
• Significant experience in optical retail environments
• Strong math and interpersonal skills are required
• Leadership experience in a team setting
• Basic optics knowledge and experience with measurements
