This full time contract position begins in early/mid August, with expected shop opening in September. As a Shop Manager, you will be pivotal in building brand awareness, connecting with customers, and driving results. Your passion for chocolate and premium products will shine as you recruit and lead a high-performing retail team.
Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance to meet profit targets
Lead day-to-day shop operations effectively
Recruit and hire top talent for the team
Build and develop a motivated retail team
Manage scheduling and monitor team performance
Requirements Over 2 years of management experience in retail or hospitality
Robust focus on sales and achieving results
