MSZ Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Lead for a significant utility transformation project in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This contract role will focus on stakeholder engagement and effective change management processes, ensuring successful operational transitions. In this position, you will lead OCM efforts through the development and execution of strategies that align with stakeholder needs and organizational readiness in a large-scale utility setting.
Your work will encompass extensive engagement, communication, and workforce transition planning critical for the initiative's success.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the OCM strategy and roadmap
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for transformational changes
Lead engagement and adoption communication activities
Support operational readiness planning and workforce alignment
Manage risks, resistance, and stakeholder escalations effectively
Requirements Over 10 years in Organizational Change Management
Experience leading large‑scale transformation initiatives
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience across business and technology stakeholder groups
Power Utilities experience strongly preferred
